Justin McBride
appointed August 2010

Justin stepped into the manager's role two games into the 2010/11 season following the unexpected departure of Tommy Kincaid. McBride's popularity with the players and his professional attitude were said to be strong factors that backed-up his appointment. He is certainly not without experience in the game as a former player with both Linfield and Glentoran and a league winner with both. He played over sixty games for Ards as well, finishing his playing days with the club before stepping into a role as number two to Kincaid in 2007.

Paul McKnight
appointed August 2010

Former Rangers and St Mirren striker Paul McKnight accepted the call of Justin McBride when approached about taking on the Ards assistant manager's job in August. With his playing days just recently finished, the ex-Ards player was keen to step in coaching and link-up again with McBride, whom he played alongside at Linfield in 2002.
